Terms & Conditions

Cottages can be occupied from 4pm on day of arrival.

Cottages should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Due to licensing conditions, we request -

- Please familiarise yourself with fire action plan, fire escape route, assembly point.
- Please keep hallways and fire exit route clear at all times.
- No smoking, no candles etc.
- Please let us know as soon as possible of any electrical or other damage, breakages, stains, "accidents" etc.
- Please do not adjust hot or cold temperatures on boiler. Heating can be controlled by thermostats on radiators.
- No climbing on railings, walls, trees, etc.
- Please complete guest booking-in form and hand back - do no exceed number of guests staying.

To help keep the cottages in good order for other visitors, we request -

- No smoking.
- All general rubbish is put in sealed bin bag before placing in black dustbin. Please place cardboard and paper in the blue dustbin, and place any plastic, tins or glass in the grey dustbin.
- Please leave cottage in clean and tidy condition and as you found it.
- Please do not wash cottage bedding or towels (if you wish more please ask).
NOTE: Cottages' keys can be collected from 4 p.m. (arrival day) until 8p.m. (unless prior arrangement made).

PLEASE HAND BACK KEYS by 10 a.m. departure day.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: 20% deposit; remainder 4 weeks before arrival.

Parking avaliable (overflow parking through yard, turn right).
